Terms & Conditions of services:

1. In case the service is not delivered, due to technical failure from the service provider, the charges paid for the service will be refunded within 7 working days.

2. Hiring of Truck from any source to destination not specified in the application, citizen can enquire through the contact number 8974502311.

3. Rates/Charges for services are subject to revision from time to time by the service provider.

4. If the location of the service delivery is beyond the original booking site, an extra amount shall be charged as per kilometer for the additional distance covered.

5. In case the customer fails to avail the service on arrival at the site/location, an amount of distance covered for to & fro shall be deducted (depending on distance) from the original booking amount paid.

6. For water tanker, the citizens cannot refused the service once booked and service arrived at the site.

7. In case of any dispute arises, the decision of the service provider shall be final and binding.
