Puja / Festival Permission Online Application

 

 


Required documents before online application

(1) Scan copy (jpg) of Applicant Photo and Signature should be greater than 20 KB and less than 60 KB

(2) Scan Copy(PDF/JPG) of the following different annexures (Less than 2 MB)

(a) Permission from Municipal Corporation/Municipality/Panchayat

(b) Sketch map of venue

(c) Sketch map crowd circulation plan

(d) Permission of previous year

(e) Receipt & Expenditure statements of previous year

(g) NOC from Land owner /Municipal Corporation/ Municipality / PWD/ Other body

(h) Certificate of temporary electricity connection from WBSEDCL

(i) Scan copy of security deposit receipt from WBSEDCL

(j) NOC from Fire Service

(k) Certificate from Sound Owner's Association

(l) Sample of receipt of current year

(k) Certificate of licensed electrician

(l) Certificate of Decorator

(m) Permission from Pollution Control Board

(n) Number of receipts to be printed for voluntary collection


Last date of online application

Seven days (7days) before puja commencement.


How to Apply
  • Register yourself as an applicant (if not already registered).
  • Click on Apply for Service or Login
  • Enter User Name, Password and Captcha code given and click on Submit.
  • Once logged in, on the left menu click on Apply for services and then click on View services
  • Click on 'Apply'

Grant of permission

Accuracy of application and documents submitted define the success criteria for granting of permission

 

Permission certificate

Permission certificate would be issued to the applicant after verifcation by the police and district administration .
